One honest line on scope. I mentor the work and the route back into it: the skills, the portfolio, and the plan. I don’t support the emotional side of redundancy. If that’s what you need most right now, I’ll say so plainly and point you somewhere kind.
Payment & cancellation. You can cancel any time before your first session or phase begins for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit and payment-processing fees that can’t be recovered. Once sessions or a phase have begun, fees for that phase are non-refundable, as your place and time have been reserved for you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, which nothing here removes.
